Bar Pun

Bar Pun is one of the least well-known speakest bars in the city, this is because it’s quite hard to find down an unassuming alleyway in Da’an District. Look for the door between the two pillars and press the red button next to it to gain entry.

Inside, the bar is small and cozy, it’s frequented by a lot of locals and expats as tourists don’t tend to hear about it. There’s lots of wooden décor, low lighting, and unique table decorations.

The truffle fries are also worth checking out if you need to line your stomach before enjoying their delicious cocktails.

Prices: The cocktail list is quite standard with all the classics. You’ll pay around NT$400 per cocktail which is about average for cocktail bars in Taipei.

One thing you should know is that there is a minimum order of NT$800 per person, this applies all the time, even when the bar is quiet.
