Cane and Grain is a typical Northern Quarter bar, but it hides a secret speakeasy upstairs. The hidden door leads you to Science & Industry, an experimental speakeasy bar with table service and elaborate cocktails. Choose from the menu or have them create something to your liking.
To find the hidden door, take an immediate left when you first enter. Don’t take the main staircase as this will only lead you to a different Tiki bar.
Science and Industry is a very different vibe to the main bar downstairs, it’s quieter with an upmarket style and elegance. There are large leather booths and a candlelit ambiance, just as you’d expect from a speakeasy.
